Pakistan reports 755 Covid cases, 7 deaths

Pakistan has reported 755 new coronavirus cases and seven more fatalities in the last 24 hours.

Meanwhile, the Covid-19 positivity rate has dropped to two per cent in the last 24 hours, down from 2.1pc a day earlier.

The countrywide breakdown is as follows:

  • Sindh: 341 cases, 2 deaths
  • Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: 171 cases, 2 deaths
  • Punjab: 166 cases, 2 deaths
  • Islamabad: 37 cases, 1 death
  • Balochistan: 17 cases
  • Azad Jammu and Kashmir: 12 cases
  • Gilgit-Baltistan: 11 cases
