Al Jazeera journalist Sana Saeed has termed reporters embedding with the Israeli military for covering the current escalation as “clear-cut propaganda”.
The reason, as confirmed by CNN’s Fareed Zakaria, is that “outlets have to submit all materials and footage to the Israeli military for review prior to publication”, making the aired content prone to one-sided portrayal of events.
