Israel is committed to achieving its objectives in its war on Gaza, including the return of hostages and dismantling of Hamas’s government and military capabilities, Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar has said, despite a ceasefire being in effect.

According to Reuters, he was speaking to reporters in Jerusalem. Saar said there would be no future peace, stability and security for both sides if Hamas remained in power in Gaza.
