Israel military says intercepts two missiles fired from Yemen

The Israeli military has said it intercepted two missiles launched from Yemen after it activated air raid sirens across multiple areas, including Jerusalem, AFP reports.

“Following the sirens that sounded a short while ago in several areas in Israel, two missiles launched from Yemen were intercepted prior to crossing into Israeli territory,” the military said in a statement.
