The Iranian blockade of the Strait of Hormuz has raised concern about food and water security in Gulf countries that depend heavily on imports.
Sheikh Khalifa, Qatar’s interior minister, says the country has strategic water reserves to last for several months and food reserves to cover a year and a half, Al Jazeera reports.
