The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company’s (ADNOC) Chief Executive Officer Sultan Al Jaber has told US Vice President JD Vance that free passage through the Strait of Hormuz is the only durable solution to stabilising global markets, Reuters reports.

The US-Israeli war against Iran has all but halted shipments of about one-fifth of the world’s oil and liquefied natural gas through the strait, causing oil supply disruption.
