Dar discusses regional developments in meeting with Bangladesh counterpart

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar says that he met Bangladesh Foreign Minister Dr Khalilur Rahman and the two “discussed views on regional developments,” including Pakistan’s role in “facilitating dialogue”.

“We discussed strengthening Pakistan–Bangladesh ties and exchanged views on regional developments, including Pakistan’s role in facilitating dialogue,” Dar wrote in a post on X.

“I look forward to our continued positive and forward-looking engagement,” he added.
