US President Donald Trump has expressed confidence that Israel will hold off on striking Iran if Washington does.

“He’ll do whatever I want him to do,” Trump tells reporters, referring to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Asked if the US and Israel are on the same page, Trump has replied in the affirmative.
