South Korea says that it has been involved in consultations with the United States and other partners over freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz and possible military contributions, AFP reports.
Seoul has reviewed “practical military contributions” it could make, while taking into account its defence readiness and domestic legal procedures, national security adviser Wi Sung-lac has told reporters.
