Israeli forces carried out heavy artillery shelling, explosions and machine-gun fire in several areas of southern Lebanon overnight and early Saturday, Anadolu reports.
Heavy Israeli artillery shelling targeted the town of Mansouri, the vicinity of Bayt al-Sayyad and the outskirts of Majdal Zoun early Saturday, according to Lebanon’s official National News Agency (NNA).
Israeli forces also carried out extensive explosions overnight in Mansouri, Majdal Zoun and Bayt al-Sayyad, the agency said.
