An unnamed White House official has told Al Jazeera Arabic that there are currently no talks or discussions under way with Iran.
“As President Trump said, there are no talks or discussions currently under way or scheduled with Iran,” the source said.
“The naval blockade remains firmly and effectively in place, the Strait of Hormuz is open, and the sea mines have been removed or destroyed,” the source added.
