Iranian President Dr Masoud Pezeshkian has said that the Islamabad memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Iran and the United States was not an act of “capitulation, but based on logic and awareness”, ISNA reports.
“The majority of the Supreme National Security Council, taking into account the principles of wisdom, dignity and expediency, accepted the MoU,” he maintained.
