Oil prices fall on signs of progress in US-Iran talks

Oil prices have fallen amid increased US economic pressure on Iran, as well as signs of progress in talks between Washington and Tehran, Reuters reports

Brent crude, a key catalyst for Gulf financial markets, has fallen by more than two per cent on hopes that the Strait of Hormuz could reopen. It was trading at $86.43 a barrel at 1230 GMT (5:30pm PKT).
