Deputy Coordinator of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari describes modern warfare as a battle of willpower and endurance, adding that the country stands against an enemy possessing the world’s full range of equipment and technology, IRNA reports.

The state news agency adds that the Iranian army has unveiled a comprehensive recruitment, selection and employment system, developed by the Human Resources Department using AI.

According to IRNA, the system, available to all units in the army, allows personnel to identify, recruit and ultimately attract talented candidates, while also providing online testing capabilities.

Sayyari says, “The most important capital of any organisation is its human resources, because people with qualitative characteristics can contribute to the growth of organisations.”

He adds that human resources are also the most important element in strengthening the Army’s combat capabilities.

“Pure and faithful human resources can take us to our destination,” he says.
