Israeli air strikes across southern Lebanon over the past three days have killed at least 27 people and wounded 69, including children, women, and medical personnel, Al Jazeera reports.

The deadliest single strike occurred in Nabatieh district’s Kfar Reman, where 11 were killed in an attack on a residential building, the Health Ministry says, adding that the death toll remains preliminary as search-and-rescue operations continue.
