Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health says that Israeli attacks have killed 4,383 people in Lebanon since March 2, Al Jazeera reports citing the state-run National News Agency (NNA).
NNA adds that the updated casualty toll also includes 12,406 people who have been wounded in the attacks.
