Tehran acquired high-resolution satellite images of a base in Jordan from Chinese entities before Iran carried out its attack that killed three US troops in July, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing US officials familiar with details of the incident, according to Reuters.
The US officials declined to identify the Chinese entities that supplied the imagery to Iran and did not allege direct involvement by Beijing, the report said.
