Saudi pipeline closure could trigger global oil shortfall

Anadolu reports that the closure of the Saudi East-West Pipeline after it was attacked could trigger a global oil shortfall in the millions of barrels.

The Turkish news agency adds that the pipeline has a daily capacity of 7 million barrels, while Saudi Arabia exported 6.2m barrels through the Strait of Hormuz and 3.2m through Yanbu in August.
