Iran weighing withdrawal from non-proliferation treaty, security chief says

In an interview with Al Jazeera, Iran’s security chief Mohsen Rezaei says that Iran remains “committed to the fatwa of our martyred Imam [Ayatollah Ali Khamenei], and our position has not changed to this day”.

He adds, “But we do not know what will happen in the future… We are now considering whether or not we will withdraw from the Non-Proliferation Treaty. This depends on America’s conduct.”
