First, the bystanders didn't do anything. What a shame? Second, the ASI took law into his hands. All of them should be arrested and prosecuted.

I have seen the Video clip whereby the shameless police man beating the helpless citizen before crowded courtyard. This shows how the police men was unprofessional and infringing the legislation of the country in ruthlessly pummeling the citizen. These kind of officers and public servant create anarchy by forcing people to take law in their hands. How they have arrested the women who was beaten in public view by this uncivilized police men? What were the onlookers doing when a women, a mother , a sister, a daughter and wife of someone was getting grabbed at her clothes and toppled violently by the goon official in uniform ? Whatever the reason of initiation or origin of incident in this case was, the police official was not entitled to grip the clothes of women and using violence to vent his anger of whatsoever reason. We demand for justice and releasing of the innocent citizen along with investigation from higher authority to punish the infringing police man.

Thanks to social media and WhatsApp... Social media has made almost everyone a journalist... record, take the video and upload it...it is our duty as the citizen to upload the gross negligence when ever they see one and that is one way of eliminating the crimes... as a matter of fact, they should pass a bill to legalise video taping when ever and where ever we are dealing with government agencies...
