Midnight sugar cravings can be really strong. And at that time you need something that is soft, warm and sweet. Oreo mug cake is just right for such an urge and it is ready in minutes, all made by yourself.
Ingredients
• 4 tablespoons flour
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 3 tablespoons milk
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1 teaspoon chocolate essence
• 3 Oreo cookies
• 1 teaspoon Nutella
Method
Mix all the dry ingredients first, then add milk, oil, vanilla essence and mix well with a spoon until no lumps remain in the batter. Crush the Oreo cookie and add to the batter. Mix lightly.
Pour more than half the batter in a microwave proof mug or cup. Put a teaspoon of Nutella in the middle and cover it with the rest of the batter. Don’t fill till the top of the cup with the batter, to allow it some space to rise. Add some large Oreo cookie crumbs on top and cook for 90 seconds.
Enjoy as it is or use any topping of your choice.
