Britain's Queen Elizabeth II was pictured wearing gloves at an official ceremony, prompting speculation about whether the move was a precautionary measure against coronavirus, reported CNN.

However, the Buckingham Palace played down the decision, saying it is not unusual for the Queen to wear gloves for public engagements.
