Sindh has reported 269 new cases of the novel coronavirus, raising the provincial tally to 265,158.
According to an update issued by the Chief Minister's Office, four deaths due to the virus were reported in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll to 4,495.
A total of 9,030 tests were conducted in the province in the 24-hour period, while 183 more people recovered from the virus.
