The Palestinian Prisoners Affairs Authority has confirmed and published the names of at least 51 Palestinian women and children who had been detained from inside the Gaza Strip, and are currently held in the Israeli Damoun prison near the city of Haifa, Al Jazeera reports.
The government’s constant threats to suspend KP’s elected dispensation over a political protest have escalated hostilities considerably. In that context, both sides did well to start talking.
