More than 100 people killed in Israeli attacks across Gaza since dawn

Israeli forces have killed at least 104 people in attacks across the Gaza Strip since dawn, medical sources tell Al Jazeera.

Among the casualties are 78 aid seekers who were killed and more than 200 who were injured.
