Ground warfare will be far more “dangerous and costly for the enemy,” an Iranian army commander has said, CNN reports, citing the semi-official ISNA.
“The enemy must know that a ground war will be more dangerous, more costly, and irreparable for them,” said Iran’s army ground forces commander, Brigadier General Ali Jahanshahi.
“All enemy movements on the borders are monitored, and we are prepared for any scenario,” Jahanshahi was quoted as saying, asserting that “every inch of Iran’s geography is protected”.
