Rescue of downed airmen an ‘incredibly dangerous undertaking’: Gen Dan Caine

US General Dan Cain, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, has called the mission to rescue the crew of an F-15 downed over Iran an “incredibly dangerous undertaking”, adding that it was “a filled promise made to every American warfighter that you will not be left behind. We will always come find you, and we will always bring you home.”
