International Monetary Fund (IMF) chief Kristalina Georgieva says that if the Middle East war ends in two weeks, there is still a possibility for the global economy to undergo a “rapid recovery”.

“If we see through the summer a continued disruption, we are in an adverse position,” she has said, adding that 20 per cent of oil and gas is “still missing” from global economy.
