Brent crude futures declined by $1.34, or 1.35 per cent, to $98.05 a barrel at 00:21 GMT (5:21am PKT). US West Texas Intermediate crude futures fell $1.65, or 1.74pc, to $93.40 a barrel, trimming gains from the previous session.
