US aircraft carrier blocked from entering Sea of Oman, says Iranian naval chief

Iranian naval commander Rear Admiral Shahram has said their forces have blocked a US aircraft carrier group from entering the Sea of Oman, slamming US President Donald Trump for pursuing piracy through threats of a naval blockade.

The remarks were reported by state media Press TV, which interviewed the naval chief.
