Kamala Harris says Trump was ‘pulled into’ war by Netanyahu

Kamala Harris has accused Trump of starting a war “the American people do not want” and putting US troops in harm’s way at the urging of the Israeli leader, Al Jazeera reports.

The former vice president, who lost the 2024 presidential election to Trump, made the remarks at a Democratic Party fundraiser in Detroit.

Netanyahu has dismissed the suggestion he dragged the US into the war, last month telling a news conference: “Does anyone really think that someone can tell President Trump what to do?”
