Iran’s Parliament Speaker Mohammad Ghalibaf has said that the country will not negotiate under “threats” and hinted that it has been preparing new military capabilities in case talks fail, Al Jazeera reports.

“Trump, by imposing a siege and violating the ceasefire, seeks to turn this negotiating table— in his own imagination— into a table of surrender or to justify renewed warmongering,” Ghalibaf said
