Iran has not yet made a decision on whether to attend talks with the United States in Pakistan, foreign ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei tells state TV, according to Reuters.

He says that US moves against two Iranian vessels amount to “piracy at sea and state terrorism” and has questioned Washington’s seriousness in negotiating.
