US Congressman Thomas Massie has accused the Trump administration of severely damaging the nation’s stability and resources in its war on Iran, AlJazeera reports.

In a social media post on X, he said: “The US has been significantly weakened by the war with Iran.”

“This administration depleted our missile defenses, drained our oil reserves, sacrificed our men & women, inflated the price of consumer goods, increased our debt, and neglected our domestic needs… all for Israel,” he added.
