European Commission spokesperson Eva Hrncirova says there is no immediate concern about natural gas supply in the European Union, with storage at 62 per cent capacity, according to Al Jazeera.

EU countries, however, struggle to fill gas storage ahead of winter, as high gas prices since the US-Israeli war on Iran have deterred companies from buying fuel.
