Iran’s president has said: “We are in a full-scale economic, military and security war,” Al Jazeera reports.
Masoud Pezeshkian also said in his televised speech that the government is “ashamed” that there are significant problems in the economy.
“[US President] Trump easily says that they will impose the most crushing or the most terrible sanctions on Iran,” added Pezeshkian. “We are standing and trying to serve the people in the face of this unequal war.”
