The United States has suffered shortages of strategic weapons following the war on Iran, and replenishing some of its depleted stocks could take years, IRNA reports quoting a spokesman for Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC).
Brigadier General Hossein Mohebbi says Washington is facing direct strategic vulnerabilities. Speaking at a meeting with media representatives in Isfahan, Mohebbi says the US has been forced to retreat “not only in the hard war but also in the infrastructure war.”
On military supplies, Mohebbi says the US expected Iran’s missile stocks to run out over time, but missile operations continued.
He adds that a reduction in US strategic weapons stocks is one of the reasons Washington has retreated, adding that the US military doctrine is based on the ability to fight simultaneously on several fronts.
