Iraq seeks to ‘be a bridge’ between Iran and US

Iraq has a “good relationship” with Iran and the US, and it seeks to “be a bridge” for communication to reach an agreement that guarantees the rights of the entire region, the Iraqi PM’s security adviser Qassim al-Araji said in a recent interview with Al Jazeera.

He added that Iran emphasised the necessity of removing extremist groups from Iraq.
