Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has thanked Russian President Vladimir Putin for Moscow’s position on the Iran war and the resulting US sanctions, adding that together, Moscow and Tehran can resist what he calls the US’ “unilateralism”, Reuters reports.
The two leaders have met on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Summit in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
