Iran discusses defence of 'sovereignty' with dignitaries at SCO Summit: Araghchi

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, who accompanied President Masoud Pezeshkian to the SCO Summit in Bishkek, says in a post on X that he discussed his country’s “principled defence of sovereignty and need for unity to manage decline of an ailing empire” with dignitaries from Eurasia, South Asia and China.

“More than ever, the future is multipolar and multilateral,” he writes.
