Iranian air defence commander Brigadier General Alireza Elhami says the country is upping its military equipment production, according to Al Jazeera.
Elhami says Tehran will also expand the “type, application and tactics” of such equipment, he says in comments carried by the Mehr news agency.
“We are ready,” he addeds, echoing comments from earlier this week that Iran is prepared for “any confrontation” with the United States or Israel.
