EU petrol prices up by 24pc, diesel by 33pc since start of Iran war

The prices of gasoline and diesel in the European Union have risen by 24 per cent and 33pc, respectively, since the week the Iran war began, Anadolu reports.

Gasoline prices have risen from €1.64 to €2.04 per litre, while diesel prices have risen from €1.59 to €2.11, according to the European Commission’s weekly oil bulletin.
