Poll finds that 71pc of Americans think Trump has no plan to end Iran war: report

A Fox News survey has found that 71 per cent of Americans do not believe that US President Donald Trump has a strategy to conclude the war on Iran.

According to the broadcaster, that figure comprises 93pc of Democrats, 83pc of independents and 43pc of Republicans.

Moreover, 43pc of respondents believe that the war will make the US “less safe in the long run”, according to Fox, with 60pc considering military action the wrong choice.
