Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi’s visit to Tehran “will focus on bilateral relations, and there is no plan to exchange any specific messages regarding mediation”, Iranian state broadcaster IRIB reports citing the country’s foreign ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baqaei.
