DPM Dar stresses return to dialogue in Middle East during meeting with EU's Kallas

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar stressed the importance of the US and Iran returning to dialogue and all parties implementing the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding during a meeting with European Union foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas, according to the Foreign Office (FO).

In a post on X, the FO says both exchanged views on regional and global developments, with Dar expressing appreciation for the bloc’s constructive engagement with Pakistan amid developments in the Middle East and its recognition of Islamabad’s efforts for de-escalation and dialogue in the region.
