MITHI: A shutdown was observed in Mithi town on Thursday on the call of traders’ leader Kishwar Jagani to mourn the tragic deaths of three known folk singers of Tharparkar.
Keeping their businesses closed, shopkeepers and businessmen joined the last rituals of Baghat Basar, Baghat Mitho Baghat and Hondal, who were killed in a road accident near Golarchi on Wednesday.
While another victim Hanif Kumbhar was laid to rest in his ancestral village of Sobharo Shah. The four were killed when their car was hit by a speeding coaster on Wednesday on way to attend a musical event in Balochistan.
