The PML-N’s candidate for the chief minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz, who will be sworn-in as a MPA later today, has expressed her desire and hope for a new era of “serving” the people.
Ahead of the PA session, a journalist congratulated Maryam and asked her to comment on today’s proceedings.
“Hopefully, a new era of khidmat will start,” she said.
