PTI lawyer Naeem Haider Panjutha has said that Peshawar High Court Chief Justice Muhammad Ibrahim Khan accepted a plea seeking transit bail for Shibli Faraz.
In a post on X, Panjutha said the court ordered that Faraz be produced before the relevant courts within 20 days.
The just solution lies in India addressing the issue through a trilateral dialogue involving the legitimate representatives of the Kashmiri people and Pakistan.
