DERA MURAD JAMALI/KHUZDAR: Five people were killed in separate incidents in Khuzdar, Qila Abdullah, and Usta Muhammad areas of Balochistan on Wednesday.
In an honour-related case, some armed men shot dead a man and a woman in Mohalla Yaqoob of Usta Muhammad Town. Police termed the double murder case an honour killing, and identified the deceased as Muhammad Amin Jamali.
In Khuzdar, some armed men pulled out a man from a vehicle at Hub Bypass and shot him dead before fleeing.
The victim was identified as Fareed Ahmed, son of Ali Ahmed. Police shifted the body to hospital and later handed it over to the deceased’s family.
In the Maizai Adda area of Qila Abdullah, five-year-old Riaz was beaten to death by a shopkeeper after accusing him of stealing a snack from his shop.
In Toba Kakari area of Qila Abdullah district, unknown armed men shot dead Muhammad Sadiq.
