Does Amir, the convicted criminal deserve status of celebrity? What a role model for Pakistanis, all in the name of glory!

This is the same man that lied to the Pakistani public and told us he had done nothing wrong , that the British newspapers and authorities had made up lies against him and that he was an innocent man who had done nothing wrong - I think once his cricket career is over he will make a great politician

@Nasir - - - you area bit misinformed my friend. Amir did accept his responsibility and did not say he did anything wrong. He did not even have a trial in UK because he pleaded guilty from the first day. That is the reason every other person the cricketing world believes that he can be salvaged out of the sea of match fixing. Asif and Salman always said they are innocent even after they had been to prison.

I never expected the nation would go down to this level of shamelessness and lack of dignity. But then we are the same people who vote time and again same politicians who plunder our treasury with impunity.

Amir is very lucky indeed. He had better present a behavior with a pleasant and cheerier visage. Otherwise, the abrasive and boisterous old ways will again land him in a mess. Salams

@Trump Donald John Trump, After completing his sentence and rehabilitation, no one should object Amir's inclusion in Pakistan team.

@TRUMP: you exactly sound like your namesake who currently in the other part of the work is on the skeptic spree and whose cynicism know no bounds. Come on! he served his sentence, went through a rigorous rehab program and showed he hasn't lost his magical touch with the ball. Every reformed convicted deserves the chance to prove his or her mantle, so does Mohd. Amir.

@Trump What about the IPL do they deserve all the the celebrity statues in the name of glory. At least Amir has spent the time and paid for his mistakes. Get over and let the young man make up for his mistake. We all deserve a second chance and now all you guys watch him become the best bowler in the world within a few months.

Yes Amir should be in team.Pakistan is important and not an individual player. If some body does not want to be part of team for personal reason, so be it. Amir has to be in.

PCB must make it clear to all the people who are on the " payroll " of PCB---any dissent regarding Mohammad Amir or other players would result in a hefty fine and second offense will result in immediate termination. The management has made a decision---they need to learn how to enforce that decision on its employees---otherwise it is all chaos---it becomes mob rule.
